OK Pipe & Fittings now offers Ultrasonic Testing.  Our Quality Assurance Manager, Matthew Donley, is a TXNDT Level 2 UT Technician who specializes in the detection of discontinuities.   Our equipment uses high frequency sound waves that travel through the welds to detect surface and subsurface defects.  This non-destructive testing method is a vital added value for any fitting to ensure the structural components of the welds are reliable.

Our Ultrasonic testing provides instant, on-site results, cutting down lead times and delivering material reports FAST!  We’ve always known how durable mitered fittings are and now we have the material testing to prove it.  Reliable, consistent, and most importantly; cost effective, Ultrasonic Testing is the only way to go.
